Who Is My Employee? is a blog authored by Todd Lebowitz, an employment attorney with Baker & Hostetler LLP, a national full-service law firm.

Todd has established a practice niche in advising and defending employers in independent contractor misclassification and joint employment disputes. He has successfully represented clients around the United States in defending claims of misclassification and in proactively evaluating clients’ current use of independent contractors and other nonemployee workers. Todd speaks on these issues throughout the country and works with clients to recognize misclassification and joint employment risks, then designs and implements customized strategies for reducing those risks in a way that makes sense for each business.

He lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife, children, and labradoodle.
